Description: When people work with each other, unfortunately ego often get in the way of the best results. Here, each person has the opporutnity to take the pieces of a yin/yang symbol and build a cohesive, peaceful, beneficial product. Untfortunately, their pride of labels, territory, self acknowledgement/protection causes them to pull 'their' piece of the puzzle away from the rest and so instead of a a beautiful yin/yang product, a less attractive/beneficial result exists.
