Description: When people work for others, they are often controlled, in their actions, their appearance, even down to how they look/talk/act. Just because you may need to conform to certain modes to stay where you are, it does not mean you need to be compliant. You can still hold on to you'. This horse like creature is being pulled by a leash, held behind a fence, but, it refuses to just be something fully controlled, it continually tugs/pulls back, looks for openings to be itself.
