Description: Current there is a Build Back Better bill trying to make its way through the government to help the people. But, what once started off as a very large package has continually been whittled down to almost nothing, including removing money to help stop global warming. Here a baby wearing a Build Back Better shirt and "Bla Bla Bla", is holding a wind mill with some of the measures, like sick time, free community college, etc. The wind of change is blowing the windmill around, but like it, it just spins and does nothing.
